Using the Use Parameter Set Command

You can use the Use Parameter Set command to change the parameter set for the probe used with the active Leitz controller.

The parameter sets must be defined in the Leitz controller's .ini file.

To use the command, do the following:

1. Select Insert | Modules | Use Parameter Set to open the Use Parameter Set dialog box.

2. In the Parameter Set box, type or select the name of the parameter set that you want to use:

• If PC-DMIS is in Offline mode, and you are using a controller that does not have any parameter sets defined, type the name of the parameter set.

• If PC-DMIS is in Online mode, and you are using a controller that has defined parameter sets, type or select the name of an existing parameter set.
