This check box allows you to turn the glow effect for 2D features on and off. PC-DMIS marks this check box by default to allow the glow effect for 2D features.
Examples of the 2D feature glow option on (left) and off (right)
Here's how this option works:
If you mark this check box and click the OK button on the dialog box, PC-DMIS applies this effect on 2D features only in the currently opened measurement routine. PC-DMIS uses the Enable2DFeatureGlow setting in the Settings Editor on all new measurement routine you create to determine whether to apply the effect or not. For details, see "Enable2DFeatureGlow" in the PC-DMIS Settings Editor documentation.
If you mark this check box and click the Defaults button on the dialog box, PC-DMIS applies this effect on 2D features in the currently opened measurement routine and any new measurement routines you create. PC-DMIS sets the Settings Editor entry Enable2DFeatureGlow to TRUE.
If you clear this check box and click the OK button on the dialog box, PC-DMIS does not apply this effect on 2D features in the currently opened measurement routine. PC-DMIS uses the Enable2DFeatureGlow setting in the Settings Editor on all new measurement routines you create to determine whether to apply the effect or not.
If you clear the check box and click the Defaults button, PC-DMIS does not apply this effect on 2D features in the currently opened measurement routine or any new measurement routines you create. PC-DMIS sets the Settings Editor entry Enable2DFeatureGlow to FALSE.
