Test uEye digital cameras with the uEye Cockpit utility, which is installed with the IDS uEye software installer. For more details, refer to the uEye Manual installed by the uEye software installer.
To run the utility, do the following:
Run the "uEye Cockpit" utility.
In the Choose Mode dialog box, select Monochrome for a monochrome camera (for example, 5240M) or Optimal Colors for a color camera (for example, 5240C).
Select Open Camera from the toolbar in the uEye Cockpit window. A live image should appear. To see the image as configured for PC-DMIS, select File | Load parameters | From a file, and then select the configuration file that is specified for the FrameGrabber_ConfigFile entry.
