MP-002 Destination not present or MP runtime system error

The communications system received a message to send to a non-existent task. Possible explanations are:

• Internal MP firmware error.

• On the MP-30 system, the required expansion ROM is bad or not installed correctly.

• On the MP-30, the PH9, scan, or probe changer options have been configured into the system, and the expansion ROMs are not on the MP CPU board.

1. To clear the error, power the MP down.

2. Power the MP back up.

3. If the error reoccurs, contact your Giddings & Lewis service representative.
