This version of the zeiss.dll file adds these two configuration options:
CHECK_MOVE_POSITION = 1 - When you set this option to 1 (default), and you send a G02 move command to the controller, the system polls the controller for scales to determine if the target was achieved. The intent of this option is for the WAIT_OPTIMIZATION = 1 mode, but you can use it separately.
CHECK_MOVE_POSITION_DISTANCE = 1000 - This option sets the distance from the target. The units are in microns, and the default value is 1000 um (1mm).
