When the value of this setting is 1 (TRUE), it allows PC-DMIS to connect to the TeamCenter Metrology Management Service (MMS) dataserver. When the value of this setting is the default value of 0 (FALSE), PC-DMIS cannot connect to the MMS dataserver.
