This topic pertains to the EYE-D Add-on Execution Process.
Usually, the EYE-D add-on recognizes the part you want to measure, creates an external alignment (if required), and then executes the measurement routine.
However, you may already know the routine with the part you want to measure, and you want to take advantage of the EYE-D add-on's ability to create an external alignment. To execute the routine, do the following:
From the Home screen, click Execute Routine to open the Parts screen.
Select the routine to execute.
Select the Execute button. The EYE-D add-on creates an external alignment (if required) and executes the routine.
