Run Inspect as an administrator.
From the Parts screen, select a playlist or measurement routine tile.
From the Details pane, under Barcode, to the right of the Learn Part button, click the small remove button (). Inspect shows a brief red trash can and the word "Deleted".
In the Details pane,
the barcode icon under Barcode turns white

to indicate that there is no longer an association. Also, the
white barcode overlay icon is removed from the routine or playlist
tile.
