To display the Ports tab in the Probe Changer dialog box, select Edit | Preferences | Probe Changer:

The probe changer is a rack that provides ports for different probe configurations. Use the Ports tab to define the probe configuration for each port that is used. The default for each port is "(no probe)". You can define the probe configuration for each port of the selected probe changer.
