In Quick Fixture mode, you can attach a fixture model to a circle feature on another fixture or on the part model. The fixture attaches to the circle's center and uses the circle's vector:

1. Enter Quick Fixture Mode.

2. In the Graphics Display window, click on the fixture you want to attach to select it.

3. Press Shift on your keyboard and hover your pointer over the circle feature to highlight the feature.

4. When you see the yellow highlight on the circle feature, click that circle to attach the fixture to it.

In Quick Fixture mode, you can use your pointer and keyboard to move and rotate quick fixture objects in the Graphic Display window.

In Quick Fixture mode you can do the following:

• Click and Drag - Moves the fixture object underneath the pointer until you release the button. Only fixture objects and CAD objects move.

• Press Ctrl + Click and Drag - Rotates the object in 3D underneath the pointer in the direction you drag the pointer until you release the mouse button. Only fixture objects and CAD objects rotate. After you do a 3D rotation to approximate how you want the fixture or CAD object to appear, you can use the Quick Fixture toolbar to square-up axes precisely.

• Use the Quick Fixture Toolbar - Provides additional motion and rotation modes you can use with fixture objects. For more information on the Quick Fixture toolbar, see the "Quick Fixture Toolbar" topic.
