Summary mode with commands
PC-DMIS displays the measurement routine commands at the top level. Also:
Each command has a unique icon associated with it to help you quickly identify needed commands.
If the command has an ID, PC-DMIS displays the ID before the command's description.
The Peek window displays a command's complete information.
The switch lets you change
between DCC and Manual modes.
The icon shows or hides
a single feature. If you choose to hide a feature, the feature still
exists in the measurement routine but is merely hidden from view in
the Graphic Display window. For items that you can show or hide, see
"Showing
and Hiding Graphics".
The Settings icon
() lets you show or hide the Peek window and access
the File Header dialog box.
Summary mode with groups (folder icons)
Groups appear with a folder icon in the Edit window.
They are composed of a command's similar data items. If a group contains
features that are shown and hidden, PC-DMIS displays this icon .
From the Feature Shortcut Menu:
If you select Hide All
Features, Hide Feature, and Show All Features, the icon also turns on or off
in the Summary mode Edit window.
If you select Hide ID
and Show ID, the icon turns on or off only
for the Point Infos, Dimension Infos, Datums, Pointclouds, Mesh,
and Basic scan commands but not for the features.
