The Edit Window's Header

To define the header layout in your Edit window, you can edit the LOGO.DAT and HEADER.DAT files.

LOGO.DAT – This file defines the header for the very first page of the Edit window. You can define a bitmap with your company's logo, specific date, and time formats.

That PART NAME, REV NUMBER, SER NUMBER, and STATS COUNT are static fields and cannot be changed in the LOGO.DAT file.

HEADER.DAT – This file is used to format page headers for all other pages.

To edit header file values, you can change them in the Edit window or press F9 to open the File Header dialog box.

Part Name - This box displays the part name.

Revision Number - This box displays the revision number.

Serial Number - This box displays the revision number.

Statistics Count - This box displays the number of transactions or runs.

Certified - This box informs you if the measurement routine is certified or not. You cannot edit this value. For information on how to certify a measurement routine, see "Certify".

Role - This box displays the role of the author who opened the measurement routine. You cannot edit this value.
