This entry determines whether or not scanning strategies are used for DCC features created during a QuickAlign operation.
When this entry is set to TRUE, PC-DMIS first uses the scanning strategy in the .ipd file. If the strategy for that feature type is later modified in the Auto Feature dialog box, then PC-DMIS uses that strategy instead.
When this entry is set to FALSE, PC-DMIS does not use scanning strategies. In that case, PC-DMIS uses the default touch-trigger strategy for the DCC features.
Entry Name: UseScanningStrategiesForQuickAlign
Entry Type: Boolean value of TRUE or FALSE. The default value is TRUE.
