This is a system-dependent failure:
On an MP-30 system, diagnostics on the MP RS-232 interface board port 3 failed.
The board may have failed or may not be installed in the MP.
On an SMP system, diagnostics on the host RS-232 interface on the amp/check/divide card has failed.
