If you are using a portlock, insert it into your computer or ensure your LMS license is configured for PC-DMIS NC. Your portlock or LMS license should already be programmed to enable the PC-DMIS NC functionality. The CNC licensing options include:
CNC Licenses - Specifies the number of CNC machines that are connected for use with PC-DMIS.
Install PC-DMIS, start it as an administrator, and then exit PC-DMIS.
Install the NC Server application.

Start the NC Server application.
Use NC Server application to define a test machine. Give the test machine the name of "Test". For information on how to do this, see "Machines" in the NC Server documentation.
Close the NC Server application.
