GetColorList	This returns the current global dimension color list.
GetCommand	This returns a Command Object if report data has command interface.

GetExpressionValue	This returns value of the specified expression in Expression.
GetMultipleTolZone	Returns the current global multiple tolerance zone
GetPrintBackGroundColor	Returns true if report is printing the background color.
