Using the Live Image View

Prerequisites:

Executing Routines

Your PC-DMIS license or portlock must support Vision functionality.

PC-DMIS must be configured to work with vision probes.

When you run a measurement routine that was created inside of PC-DMIS Vision, you can view the Live Image View. The Live Image View shows a live camera view of the part from the vision probe.

Run a measurement routine that uses a vision probe to see the Measure screen.

As the measurement progresses, from the left sidebar on the Measure screen, click the Show the Live View button () to see the Live Image View.

To re-position the part, click on the part to center the clicked location in the window.

To position a target, drag the target over the feature, and size it as needed.
