Start PC-DMIS as usual.
When PC-DMIS starts, it runs a special batch file named startTeamcenter.bat. This batch file starts Teamcenter. If you need to, you can find the batch file in this directory:
C:\ProgramData\Hexagon\PC-DMIS\<version> where <version> is your PC-DMIS version.
If PC-DMIS and Teamcenter can communicate properly, PC-DMIS displays a "Teamcenter has started" message.
If it doesn't connect properly, PC-DMIS displays a "Teamcenter failed to start" error message. If you see this error message, use the "Teamcenter Troubleshooting Tips" topic to try and resolve the problem.
Continue with the next step to open a PC-DMIS measurement routine from a Teamcenter database.
