This section describes how to calibrate the HR-MP (used with TM or THD) Probe Changer. The process discussed here is specific to the HR-MP (used with TM or THD) Probe Changer.
You can calibrate the probe changer in the following ways::
When you calibrate the probe changer for the first time, you need to take manual hits.
When the probe changer is removed and mounted at the same location, you can select to calibrate the probe changer in DCC mode without taking manual hits.
When the probe changer is removed and relocated on the CMM table, you can follow the same steps when you calibrate for the first time.
The calibration of a single port is available in DCC or Manual mode.
To calibrate your probe changer:
Step 1 - Select the HR-MP Probe Changer
Step 2 - Define the Mount Point
Step 4 - Prepare for Calibration
Step 6 - Take the Manual Hit on Top of the Probe Support Tab
