Topography

This section of the PC-DMIS Settings Editor allows you to set parameters for the Surface Topography sensor.

The installation includes the TopographyOfflineConfig.xml file in the PC-DMIS install folder. Parameters such as FOV Size, Pixel Size, Intensity Range, and Position Range are all read from this file when PC-DMIS runs in Offline mode.

Relevant values in the "InspectionControl" section of the TopographyOfflineConfig.xml file are:

• \Microscope\Objectives\ObjectiveSettings\ObjectiveSettingsParameter\TCMScaleX

• \Microscope\Objectives\ObjectiveSettings\ObjectiveSettingsParameter\TCMScaleY

• \Camera\CameraSettings\MaxFrameSizeX

• \Camera\CameraSettings\MaxFrameSizeY

• \LightControl\LightControlParameter\CurrentIntensity

• \PositionControl\PositioningDeviceDatasets\PositioningDeviceDataset\PositioningDeviceParameters\MinPosition

• \PositionControl\PositioningDeviceDatasets\PositioningDeviceDataset\PositioningDeviceParameters\MaxPosition
