EXECUTE Method
Description
This function executes the measurement routine.

Public Function EXECUTE() As Boolean
Return Type
Boolean value. Boolean returns true if the function succeeds, false if it fails. TRUE if the execution of the measurement routine was successful, FALSE otherwise.
