ZEISSTC1
The ZEISSTC1 probe changer is usually used on machines with the ST2 or ST3 switching probe head. It is not used on machines with a scanning probe head. You must define the probe changer type as ZEISSTC1.
ZEISSTC2
The Zeiss GPIB/RS-232 Direct interface does not support the ZEISSTC2 probe changer.
DSE Head
This probe changer is used with the DSE rotating head. Define it as ZEISSTC_DSE.
RDS Head
This probe changer is used with the RDS rotating head. Define it as ZEISSTC_RDS.
