The ATS600 tracker connects to PC-DMIS using the AT9x0 LeicaLMF tracker interface. You can select the AT9x0 LeicaLMF interface from the Edit | Set Portable Interface | AT9x0 LeicaLMF Tracker menu option.
You can take measurements with a reflector probe, or you can measure an area scan and take hits without a reflector.
